Hello everyone! It's been a while eh? Good news is that I'm safely in Salvador and I've actually been here a week. Time is so slow and fast at the same time! The only bad thing is my host family only speaks Portuguese. So, it's been really fun using google translate constantly to communicate.
Some REALLYYYYYYYYYYYYYY amazingly good news though! I've started my second book! It changed a LOT and has affected my outline. Which, I expected to happen at some point, but I like this juicy plot twist. I have 46 pages so far (I started a week ago) so I've been quite busy with it. I'll probably need to add extra plot things but oh well.
Super excited about that. I've been good about leaving my first draft alone. It's tough but soon I'll be able to read it. I didn't write much last night or this morning due to school work. I'm also coming down with a cold. -.-
Also, if you've ever thought about coming to Brazil, I would recommend it for a experienced beginner or intermediate traveler. This meaning that you have good sense of how to act in other countries and know all the basic "Do's and Don'ts" such as 'Don't flash your money around' or 'At least try to speak some of the language' etc etc. :) It's truly beautiful. Instagram fell through because my iPod isn't taking good pics and my tablet doesn't have much space on it. So, when I get them all downloaded on my big computer, I may find a site to post them on.
Otherwise I don't have much to update on. My stomach had shrunk in Rio, which I didn't notice, until my lovely host mom was convinced I need a lot of food at each meal. But mae, I can't eat more! *explodes*
Ok, I'll try to update again. Or a bit more frequently with how novelin's going. Can't wait to get my first book edited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
